Gives Claude Code the same reviewed skills and agents as Codex via a separate claude/ surface, so install, update-live, and verify now populate ~/.claude alongside ~/.codex. Ports 13 curated skills and all 7 agents (drops openai.yaml, generalizes @codex and Codex-home references), skips the 5 Codex/WebMCP-only skills, and wires the manifest section, doctor check, and claude-config workflow.
