The ci-ansible-molecule-kvm.yml workflow was merged without the accompanying documentation the repo conventions require. Add its CHANGELOG entry under 2026-06-17 and a row in the AGENTS.md CI table.

Docs-only follow-up to #29. Verified every technical claim in the CHANGELOG entry against ci-ansible-molecule-kvm.yml (qemu/genisoimage install, usermod -aG kvm, sg kvm invocation, KVM auto-detect/TCG fallback) — all accurate. AGENTS.md table link resolves and the description is correct. CHANGELOG date and bullet style are consistent.

Follow-up to #29: that PR added
ci-ansible-molecule-kvm.ymlbut did not update the docs the repo requires (CHANGELOG.md, AGENTS.md CI table). This adds them.
