golangci-lint-action v6 does not support golangci-lint v2.x and fails with 'invalid version string'. v7 is required for the v2 series.
golangci-lint v2 dropped the fast-linters concept; 'linters.fast' is no longer a valid schema key and fails 'config verify'. Verified locally with golangci-lint 2.12.2.
