Please, don't merge this PR, because to eliminate bugs introduced by this PR it needs additional modifications of the code that I will do instead in PR #56. |

Added SQLAlchemy and Alembic only for migrations, did the first migration. The rest is reverted to use old, non-ORM code.
This PR is based on PR #52.
