Codex (GPT-5.6): Draft-only diagnostic PR for Issue #443.\n\nAdds a manual-dispatch workflow that builds the pinned PR revision on the native heavy Linux runner and runs
test_sparse_batchrepeatedly with a fresh server each time. It enables teardown diagnostics that print the server return code and captured stdout/stderr, including when the test client times out or the server exits.\n\nThis workflow is intentionally separate from normal CI and is not intended to merge. Run it manually with the desired attempt count, then use the emitted server evidence to attribute the failure.
