Summary

apply the 0.00 default format to decimal columns without an explicit format
preserve explicit format overrides and template column styles
document invariant XLSX number-format syntax and Italian locale rendering

Verification

dotnet test tests/CellSharp.Tests/CellSharp.Tests.csproj --no-restore (226 passed)
