Added a subscribe button and modal for email subscriptions.
Adds JavaScript to handle the subscription modal popup and send a POST request to MailerLite's API to add subscribers. Replace the API token and group ID placeholders with the actual values.This script manages the newsletter subscription modal and integrates with the MailerLite API to handle subscriber email submissions.
