Add a Parallel Search MCP preset

OpenWorker already supports remote MCP servers, but adding one currently requires pasting JSON. This adds an optional Parallel Search quick-add so users can enable web search and URL fetching through the existing MCP workflow.

What changed

• added a default-off Parallel Search card to the existing MCP preset list
• reused the current no-auth HTTP persistence and connection path
• kept the built-in search defaults, existing presets, and tool approval behavior unchanged
• added focused coverage for rendering and the exact add-then-connect request sequence

• focused ManageTabs component test
• full GUI unit suite (112 tests)
• TypeScript check
• git diff --check
• sealed secret scan and independent review
