7 fișiere email/notify aveau escapeHtml local, cu acoperire INCONSECVENTĂ: unele escapau doar &<> (3), altele +" (4), altele +' (5). Toate folosite doar în HTML body (verificat: subiectele conțin doar `code`, fără input user). Înlocuit cu importul canonic (5 entități — superset sigur pentru HTML). EXCEPȚIE: src/lib/notifications/telegram.ts păstrează escape-ul propriu (3 entități) — Telegram HTML mode decodează DOAR <>&; canonicul ar afișa literal „"".
