This project delivers an end-to-end Business Intelligence solution using Power BI to analyze car sales data and enable KPI-driven, data-backed decision-making. It covers the full analytics lifecycle — from business requirement analysis and ETL to advanced DAX, time intelligence, and executive reporting.

🎯 Business Problem

Sales data was fragmented and reported through static reports, limiting visibility into:

The goal was to design a scalable, interactive dashboard that transforms raw transactional data into actionable business insights.
