…G-4130) Stop-gap: these queue destinations are being re-homed on Outpost (cheaper), and SNS is being dropped for now. Rather than ship them on Svix and migrate later, withhold their pages, sidebar entries, and overview links until they land on Outpost. Kinesis (already Outpost) and S3 stay. Stop-gap while we re-home the message-queue destinations on Outpost (cheaper) instead of Svix, so we don't ship-then-migrate. Withholds the SQS, Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ, EventBridge pages (→ Outpost) and SNS (dropped for now) — pages, sidebar, and overview links. Kinesis (already Outpost) and S3 stay; warehouses (ClickHouse/Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift), webhook, and slack are unaffected. Re-add on Outpost tracked separately.
