Starting an OAuth connection previously required an embedded UI even though Ampersand exposes an authorization URL endpoint.
This adds
amp connect:provider <provider>. The command requires group and consumer references, accepts an optional provider-app ID, and opens the authorization URL when a browser is available. In headless environments, it prints the URL instead. This change only starts the OAuth flow. It does not poll for completion or create an installation.
Tests cover request construction, plain-text URL parsing, browser opening, and headless behavior.
Validation:
go test ./...go vet ./...go build ./...golangci-lint v2.9.0list:connections
