In this file I have perform different operations on HR Analytics dataset link: https://www.kaggle.com/arashnic/hr-analytics-job-change-of-data-scientists I have cleaned the dataset and dealt with the missing values. I have also performed the Data Visualization based on different factors which are affecting job change of data scientist.
