Summary

Prep for tagging v0.3.0. Adds a ### Removed section documenting the breaking flag removals from this release cycle (--daemon, --watch-only, --no-auto-detach, resume_cmd), and cuts the accumulated [Unreleased] content into a dated [0.3.0] section — noting that this also folds in earlier M1-M5/Codex/Windows history that was never version-stamped against a tag in past releases (v0.1.0/v0.2.0 both shipped with everything still sitting under [Unreleased]).

No code changes. Once merged, next step is tagging v0.3.0 to trigger the goreleaser release workflow (version is stamped from the git tag automatically, no other file needs bumping).

Test plan

  • N/A — changelog only
  • Reviewer: confirm the ### Removed wording and breaking-change callout are accurate

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Documents the breaking flag removals (--daemon, --watch-only,
--no-auto-detach, resume_cmd) and the --auto-answer-prompts default
flip, and folds in the never-version-stamped M1-M5/Codex/Windows
history under this release.
