Rebranding & license update

The primary focus of this release is to update the license to Apache V2 and to update the branding to AllThingsTalk in order to remain in line with maker.allthingstalk.com.
Note: this implied a change in the package name from smartliving to allthingstalk.
The package is available on npm.
