Summary

Add a pinned, checksum-verified Google Cloud CLI installation for macOS and Linux on ARM64 and x86_64.
Load the assimilate-managed SDK while retaining compatibility with an existing installation.
Stack position 4 of 15, after Add GitHub Actions CI for dotfiles installation #31.

Ran the complete installer in a fresh synthetic home on the Mac mini.
Simulated a missing SDK with a deterministic archive; confirmed the Darwin arm archive selection, pinned SHA-256 check, extraction, and executable gcloud output.
Ran bash -n assimilate.sh, zsh -n zshrc, and git diff --check.
Screenshots: not applicable; validation was CLI-based.
