1、补充不知啥时候丢失的国际化自定义组件模板相关源码；
2、原有的 uview-custom-form 早已改名为 uchart-custom-widget；
3、删掉 废弃掉的 日历自定义组件模板 目录（从未作为内置自定义组件模板）
