Refactors the SpatialClassifier and DataProcessor to support a new, extensible feature engineering pipeline with advanced geometric, network, and contextual features. Introduces robust feature scaling using RobustScaler, with methods to save and load scaler state alongside the model. Updates LandUseCategory enum to reorder categories. Updates preprocessing and training logic to use the new pipeline, and adds persistence for both model and scaler artifacts.
