docs: delete orphaned ignore files for out-of-scope platforms#71

What: Delete orphaned
.aiignore,.cursorignore, and.geminiignorefiles from repo root.Why: Per the harness playbook, only Claude Code, Devin, and Windsurf are in scope. These ignore files belong to JetBrains AI, Cursor, and Gemini CLI respectively — platforms that are out of scope. PR #70 removed documentation references to these files but the actual files remained.
Impact: No functional impact. Only removes passive ignore files for unsupported platforms. The supported ignore files (
