Three issue forms — bug, feature, and a domain-specific widget proposal that makes proposers answer the questions the registry will ask anyway (what does the student DO, what does it teach the existing 16 kinds don't, does it assess). The PR template carries GOVERNANCE.md's contract check into the workflow. Dependabot groups AI SDK packages (they move together) and batches minor/patch so the update stream stays reviewable.
