CydraOS Package manager.
The package manager needs a mirror to track the updated packages with build instructions and installable softwares. It also needs a file on the guest computer that contains the installed softwares of the user to start updating.

TODO:
 - Make the package manage stable.

ARGUMENTS:
 - -Dconfgen=true/false - Install the configuration file with the package manager (true by default)
