@acoomans It would be great if this version of this fix could be merged. It seems to remove all warnings which would be nice. |

This fixes the
ExtDeprecationWarningreferenced in #27 for both the package and the tests, and replaces all references toflask.ext.autodocwithflask_autodocthroughout the project, including the README.
