* initial add faq section initial commit for faq section. i took the example FAQs from the project redesign meeting notes in notion, so if possible could we check to see if we want to change/add more? i'm not sure if we want a tablet view? old project website has a tablet view but current figma uses a smartphone view instead. for the FAQ section it would pretty much be the same obviously but it might be a topic to bring up? also might be good to note that i copied the max-width variable that the navbar uses for a small tablet so they would match. not sure if we will standardize that later in the redesign process * fix scroll on hover fix scrolling when mouse/finger is over the question box; remove redundant 'use client' directive * update faq text formatting update formatting to more closely match what was in the notion --------- Co-authored-by: aeson tran <aesonvtran@gmail.com>

* implement gradient * fix countdown mobile loading issue where it would initially appear below the apply now button * fix navbar mobile <-> desktop transition
* moved the hardcoded content of each project card into a singular json file * changed the main page of archive projects * changes to archive page design and added indivual pages to each project * if no figma link/github link button wont show up, removed date next to highlighted projects * added google slides logo * added more font weight values and minor changes to the individual projects page. * added technology field for project cards * add mentor values as arrays and minor code refactor * fixed mobile view for archive page
