feat: persistent print queue — bambu queue (#13)#32

Persistent JSON-backed FIFO at ~/.bambu-ai/queue.json (override via $BAMBU_AI_QUEUE). Daemon watches MQTT for IDLE/FINISH and auto-dispatches the next item via upload+start. 11 new tests, 128 total. Closes #13.
