Board validation errors have been resolved.

The current workflow failure appears to be due to a GitHub Actions permission issue while posting the validation report comment:

"HttpError: Resource not accessible by integration (403)"

The board pre-validation checks are passing successfully.
Could an admin please verify and rerun the workflow?

We have updated the board validation workflow on the 2024.2 base branch to handle fork-permission limitations during PR comment posting.

Could you please trigger a new workflow run for this PR by pushing an empty commit to your PR branch?
git checkout 2024.2
git commit --allow-empty -m "Trigger CI with updated board validation workflow"
git push

Please note: rerunning the old failed run ID may still show the previous behavior. We need a fresh run created after the workflow update.

Once you push, we will verify and proceed.
