The cardDispenser README still warned that on-chain deployment was blocked because the indexer passed balances: null to the VM. That was true when written, but the balance/token-info reader has since been wired in the indexer behind the VM_BALANCE_TOKENINFO activation, which is live on all networks. This updates the note to describe the current behavior.
