Single-file GPLv2 plugin rendering a standalone habit tracker at /habits/: daily check-ins, streak counters, and clickable 22-week heatmaps for backfilling missed days. Fully local, no external requests. Tested on playground.wordpress.net (PHP 8.3, latest WP). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
