EXE Signing

As of 7.56.1.0 I have started signing the notepad++.exe that I am compiling. To verify that the store is doing the correct thing.. check that the exe in C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\NightRise.NotepadWrapped__x64__bahp16nyyek9m\ is signed by me, and the same as the one in GitHub. The SciLexer.dll remains signed by NotePad++ (re-using the original DLL).
