Description
This PR implements a full blog categorisation and navigation system.
It introduces structured blog categories, updates navigation to support
category-based browsing, and fixes routing issues caused by nested
blog category pages affecting programme links.
This improves blog discoverability and ensures consistent navigation
across the site.
