### Added

- **Excel fixture CI on real Office** (#4, contributed by
@DecimalTurn): a Windows workflow that builds fixture workbooks with
the checked-out pyOpenVBA (no Office needed for the build), installs
Excel on the runner via the SHA-pinned `DecimalTurn/setup-vba`
action, runs each fixture's macro over COM, verifies its sentinel
output, and uploads a desktop screenshot on failure. Path-filtered
to fixture and harness changes. Complements the local
`RUN_LIVE_EXCEL` gate with per-PR live-Office coverage -- the
`with_class` fixture is a genuine VBE-export-form class module, so
the issue #1 bug class is now regression-tested on real Excel in CI.
