Bugfixes and updates to uncertainty estimation.

Version 1.0 – stable release for publication

This is the first stable release of the FastMTT algorithm in Python.
It will be referenced in the publication describing the algorithm.

Main features:

• Calculation of the invariant mass of the di-tau system (primary task)
• Estimation of the mass uncertainty
• Implementation of mass constraints for improved tau reconstruction
• Generation of likelihood plots
• Support for full batch processing
