Add Pytest file for quadratic solver.
Documentation on our quadratic_solver and test_quadratic_solver Python programs.
Added a few edits to the report for better clarification; such as fixing formulas, and wrong spellings, etc.
Flowchart for quadratic_solver.py assignment to visualize the workflow.
