- Add .npmrc (engine-strict) and pnpm-lock.yaml - package.json: add packageManager + engines (pnpm>=10), preinstall guard (npx only-allow pnpm), switch validate script to pnpm - Dockerfile: install pnpm, copy pnpm-lock.yaml, use pnpm install --frozen-lockfile and pnpm run dockerStart (npm install would fail the preinstall guard) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
