Revert some changes in "Some translate pack (WWhiteDreamProject#1082)". Sorry for one commit. This reverts some changes out of commit 49dff2b. - All EM-Dashes and EN-Dashes replaced with minus (except where it is appropriate. e. g. book texts). - All literary quotation marks replased with regular quotation marks (except appropriate cases). - More translate. - Fix previous translate. - And the rest was done according to the ToR.
