Use the exact accepted preview DSH version for compatibility release notes and installation commands. Preview candidates are required to be present in the committed supported or preview lanes, and compatibility Betas no longer reuse unrelated feature copy. Verified locally: 207 tests pass, 3 real-user-PATH tests skip by design, and the build succeeds.
