Overview
Updates the platform module manifest so VirtoCommerce.Cart is pulled from the AzureBlob prerelease feed at 3.1005.0 (VirtoCommerce.Cart_3.1005.0.zip) instead of GithubReleases at 3.1004.0.

The diff also includes minor JSON whitespace/formatting cleanup in backend/packages.json.
