Overview
Updates theme/artifact.json to point at the vc-theme-b2b-vue prerelease package built from vc-frontend PR 2327 (replacing the previous PR 2315 zip URL). Same version line (2.51.0-pr-…); only the blob artifact reference changes for VCST QA deployment.
