Overview
Updates backend/packages.json so the Azure Blob package manifest pulls VirtoCommerce.PageBuilderModule from VirtoCommerce.PageBuilderModule_3.1011.0.zip instead of the PR prerelease …_3.1011.0-pr-130-0219.zip, and lists that module after Task Management in the AzureBlob Modules array.

Whitespace-only cleanup (trailing spaces, file ending) is included; no platform version or other module versions change in this diff.
