Overview
Updates the AzureBlob module manifest in backend/packages.json to pull VirtoCommerce.Core from VirtoCommerce.Core_3.1005.0-pr-252-5460.zip to VirtoCommerce.Core_3.1006.0.zip, matching the automated vc-module-core QA bump described in the PR title.

The Core entry is reordered to the end of the AzureBlob Modules list (after TaskManagement). Remaining edits are JSON whitespace/formatting only; platform image tags and other module pins are unchanged.
