Overview
Automated module manifest update for VirtoCommerce.AzureBlobAssets: the module is removed from the GithubReleases source (previously 3.1003.0) and added to the AzureBlob prerelease source as VirtoCommerce.AzureBlobAssets_3.1005.0.zip.

This aligns the QA/prerelease environment with pulling Azure Blob Assets from the vc3prerelease blob feed instead of GitHub releases. The rest of the diff is minor JSON whitespace/formatting in backend/packages.json.
