Manifest-only change that alters which XPickup build QA deploys; no application code changes.

Overview
Updates the backend package manifest so VirtoCommerce.XPickup is no longer pulled from GithubReleases (3.1001.0) and is instead installed from the AzureBlob prerelease feed as VirtoCommerce.XPickup_3.1002.0.zip (3.1002.0).

The rest of the diff is JSON formatting only (whitespace and end-of-file newline); platform image and other modules are unchanged.
