VirtoCommerce.Sanity is moved from the GithubReleases source (pinned 3.1002.0) to the AzureBlob prerelease source as VirtoCommerce.Sanity_3.1003.0.zip, aligning QA with the automated vc-module-sanity update.

The rest of the diff is JSON whitespace/formatting only; platform and other module pins are unchanged.
