Overview
Updates how VirtoCommerce.ProductSnapshot is resolved in backend/packages.json for QA/prerelease builds.

The module is removed from the GithubReleases source (previously 3.1000.0) and added to the AzureBlob source as VirtoCommerce.ProductSnapshot_3.1001.0.zip, aligning deployment with the automated vc-module-product-snapshot prerelease pipeline. Remaining edits are whitespace/formatting only.
