[codex] scaffold executor docs

Summary

• scaffold a Mintlify docs site for Executor across getting started, SDK, local, cloud, and concepts sections
• add a generated SDK quickstart backed by a runnable example and generated snippet files with clear edit boundaries
• add docs install smoke validation for the documented SDK packages and fix the fumadb memory adapter package build uncovered by that smoke test
