• move the consumer-validated Worker/R2 generation projection under src/Vyral.Cloudflare
• remove the obsolete experiments/ root and update repository, documentation, export, and verification references
• refresh public local-proof evidence against the promoted canonical path while retaining opaque consumer-validation disclosure
