This PR adds the GPB Token List to the Uniswap token-lists repository. Token List URL: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/GALAXYPUBLICBLOCKCHAINS/GPB-arb/main/docs/gpb-tokenlist.json The list follows the Token List schema and includes: - GPB token metadata - Logo URI - Versioning - Timestamp Purpose: Enable GPB token discovery and routing in Uniswap interface and ecosystem tools.
