Summary
Expose Header in OpenAPI Spec that controllers rendering of time series intervals in regards to local regular interval data.

Manually, header value was selectabled on endpoints and showed up in the provided sample curl:
NOTE: test database did not include data, validation of the header options itself are already handled.
