This pull request includes a minor update to the
data/EXAMPLE_20250516_fileCounts_final.csvfile. The change adjusts the delimiter in the file and adds a new column for subfolder counts.data/EXAMPLE_20250516_fileCounts_final.csv: Changed the delimiter from a semicolon to a comma and added a new column,number_of_subfolders, with an initial value of 0.
