Some sample data, kindly provided by Dimitra, can be found here.

Target Data

The primary reason for this codebase is to act on the data sets from the sources listed below, which are ordered from the base grid to highest resolution:

• LAYER 0 - 300m GEBCO 2020 (documentation, publication, UCL-internal link (netCDF format))
• LAYER 1a - 100m CHS NONNA-100 (obtainable from https://data.chs-shc.ca/map, UCL-internal link (GeoTIFF format) to some relevant examples)
• LAYER 1b - 90m US Coastal Relief Model Vol.8 TODO: link to datasets, check datum
• LAYER 2 - 030m NASADEM TODO: link to datasets, check datum
• LAYER 3a - 010m CHS NONNA-10 (obtainable from https://data.chs-shc.ca/map, UCL-internal link (GeoTIFF format) to some relevant examples)
• LAYER 3b - other resolved NOAA data e.g. for Juan de Fuca TODO: link to datasets, check datum

The data can be assumed to be relative to WGS84, unless otherwise stated. GEBCO data is adjusted to mean sea level, but in some shallow water areas, the grids include data from sources having a vertical datum other than mean sea level. NONNA grid are not adjusted to any particular vertical datum!
