There is currently a jupyter notebook available that is a bit outdated, as we switched to using pyCascadia through its command line entry points mid-way through the project.
The notebook might still be useful for potential users, as it may allow more fine-grained calling of the python functions, combination with call to other python functions, ...
We might therefore want to update the jupyter notebook, and possibly make it available on binderhub.
